I was very pleased with this picture. When looking over this picture, you can notice that is a ton of diversity throughout the group of people. Also, there are a lot of women in the picture.  I believe in fact that there are more women than men in the picture. This is a great shock to me, because you never see too many women associated with business. Especially, on a website that seems as if it is geared toward men, doing the “hard labor” of transporting parcels across the globe. There are five visible women and two men in the picture. Maybe, this is sending a message that women are more likely to work at UPS than men, or just women take control of the business end of the company. Although. the caption above it expresses partnerships with the company, maybe there is a rise in women who are entrepreneurs or small business owners. This is also a first in websites for me that has an Asian person in there company stock photos. I wonder why that is so ?
