Looking at this photo took me by surprise. I would never think that two Hispanic/Latino doctors would be displayed on a page for healthcare. I would have came up with some middle-aged white male doctor for a stock photo for a big business like this one. This is a great representation of Hispanics……not like the way Donald Trump portrays them. I found this under the industries tab at the bottom of the home page. I believe that this is showing that there maybe more Hispanic individuals entering the medical field than before or that they were underrepresented. Generally, this is a good sign for UPS. I say this because they are not too well liked by the Americans with Disabilities, for letting those with disabilities off for medical purposes. Maybe it is just saying that doctors need their materials shipped out just like everyone else. Or it could be saying that they provide insurance but only for a certain amount of time before you have to be dismissed. I don’t know. I could be taking this the wrong way, but it really did catch my interest.
