Below is the Computer Familiarity Survey used in Phase 1 of our project. Some questions were from taken existing survey projects, and others were developed in-house. Surveys from which questions were sourced are listed at the bottom of our survey, along with a list of items that come from that survey. Click each question to view information about its source (if applicable) and any modifications made by CSAL.
Instructions to examiner: Before beginning, please remind the participant that all information is confidential and will not be shared with anyone. Also, remind the participant that they can skip any item they are not comfortable answering.
