Pine Lake, GA is the place selected for the Built Environment analysis. The exterior view of this City focuses on the lake and facilities.  There are a lot of things to appreciate touring Pine Lake.  Pine Lake is a medium income community, and residents face challenges with unemployment and the economy.  Alcohol usage rises in a community where there is long – term unemployment. (1).  Families lives are disrupted with financial issues that domino out of control.  Collectors creep in and bring no resolve, only despair.

Almost one-quarter of the sample admitted to recent binge
drinking or problem drinking behaviors. Race, gender,
employment status, and drug use were predictors of prob-
lematic drinking.(1)

The song “Got My Whiskey” by Mel Maiters is about what goes on.
