  • This interviewee felt very lost in direction, depressed, unmotivated, and afraid of her weigh loss journey.

Values:

  • She values safety and relative people who share her same interests, desires, and personality traits.
  • She values comfort and easy accessable methods that she believes she can do.
  • She also values time to have a peace of mind, relaxation, and play. 

What the user is trying to do:

  • This interviewee is trying to lose weight.

Current solutions:

  • Her current solution is using an exercise walking tracker app.

Deficiencies of current solutions:

  • The things that are lacking in her current solution is motivation, excitement, easy access/performance, and no limitations.

  • She has received advice and knowledge from internet surfing weigh loss websites.

  • She has a condition called Polycystic ovary syndrome  (PCOS).
  • She loves to do outside activities with her pets and loved ones.
  • Her target areas are her stomach and lower body. She wants to be slim with curves.
