  • Fun ways involving visuals and heart pumping activities is always beneficial physically, mentally, and quite possibly financially as well.
  • The toughest aspects that people go through when dieting and exercising whether to lose or gain weight is being consistent with a routine and controlling the quality & quantity of serving sizes of the their diet.
  • Do not address appearances, numbers, or comparisons. These factors are sure to discourage and provoke many insecurities of your clients. The truth is always best, however, knowledge and the best information will guide them to a healthy mind which will then lead to positive and effective outcomes.
  • Always research and indulge in similiar products that you are wanting to do. Surveys, healthy daily routines, and scientific/professional studies regarding the topics of losing & gaining muscle/weight.
  • Overall, the mindset and focal points are in the right direction, just do not get caught up in making promises. The truth in this progress and topic is that patience is key. There will be many trial & errors before one can reach their goals. Never hide and always remind your audience that nothing is instant, but will be fermented in their brains once they grasp the whole premise. There will be many ups & downs, setbacks, and accomplishments; slow, steady, and strength will win the race.
