For my individual portion of the pitch presentation, I created an interoffice memo (linked below) with some general guidelines for the renovated building. I chose to adhere to regulations for apartment buildings, rather than shelter regulations because Sabine has shown us that Our House is a real home for these women and not merely a shelter.
