How to Receive Training

Teachers must attend 16 hours of training before implementing Foundations for Literacy.  Only teachers who attend training can purchase the curriculum.

National Virtual Learning Workshops

All virtual workshops are led by Dr. Stacey Tucci, co-author and lead Foundations for Literacy trainer.  The 16 hour workshop takes place on two consecutive days from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST and attendance is required for both days.

School year 2025-2026: We will offer a workshop during the winter if there is enough interest. Training can occur when school is in session on two consecutive Saturdays or during Winter Break on two week days. If you are interested in an upcoming training please fill out the Interest Survey below.

Training dates will be confirmed via email when the minimum number of required participants has been met.

Summer: We offer our national training virtually via zoom every summer. Registration for summer 2026 will open during the winter 2026.

Cost for National Trainings is $500 per person
