We ask teachers to attend 16 hours of training before implementing Foundations for Literacy.   Only teachers who attend training can purchase the curriculum.

Distance Learning Workshops

We offer our national training virtually every summer. These workshops are led by Dr. Stacey Tucci, co-author and lead Foundations for Literacy trainer. We  plan to offer a June and August workshop in the summer of 2023.

June 2023

The June workshop will be held over two weekends on June 3, 4, and 10 and 11 from 1 to 5:30 p.m. EST.

Costs are $250/person and due by May 15. A confirmation email will be sent within a week of registering with information about how to pay.

August 2023

An August workshop will be offered if there is sufficient demand.

The August workshop will be held over two weekends on August 5, 6, 12, and 13 from 1:00 to 5:30 p.m. EST.

Costs are $250/person and due by July 15. A confirmation email will be sent within a week of registering with information about how to pay.

Experts can offer training virtually to your school or state at a time convenient to you. The 16-hour training can be done in two 8-hour days, four four-hour days or eight two-hour days. The cost is $2500 for up to 30 participants. The in-person two-day training is available at the cost of $2500 plus travel costs for one presenter.
