PSC 921 HISTOLOGY

Please sign out when using equipment on sheets by equipment.  It is advised to sign out equipment in advance to ensure your preferred time slot.  If you do not show up within 20 minutes of your sign out time your time will be forfeited.

This lab houses:

• Tissue Sectioning: 2 Leica 3050S cryostats, 2 vibrotomes, sliding microtome, rotary microtome with water bath and slide warmer
• A Zeiss Imager.M2 Light Microscope
• pH meter
• Genesis 5 Spectrophometer and NanoVue Plus Spectrometer
• An oven and waterbath
• A 4 degree C refrigerator and -20 degree C freezer for temporary storage during sectioning.
• All basic lab supplies as gloves, paper towels, histology OCT, blades etc are available.
