Vibrotome 1000 and 1000 Plus Tissue Sectioning

• Means for sectioning fresh or fixed, animal or plant tissue. It employs a vibrating blade principle which allows sectioning without freezing or embedding. Sectioning takes place in a liquid bath which serves to lubricate the sectioning blade to maintain specimen temperature. It is semi-automatic.
