We use Event-Related Potentials (ERPs) to better understand the neural mechanisms of SL and language in typical and atypical development, with particular focus on using this knowledge to inform design for intervention studies. We have been testing the efficacy of using a computerized cognitive training regimen with EEG/ERP recording to attempt to improve SL and language abilities with healthy adults age 18-30.
