Week 12
I looked up some latch hooking examples to see if I might want to use the process for my self-directed project. I haven’t decided 100% yet, but I think I am envisioning my final as a quilt. I am definitely intrigued by the possibilities of latch hooking, though, and want to try it sometime.
The giant latch hook popsicle is amazing! It’s neat to see the usual norms for a craft being pushed.
Also, if I haven’t said already, I am really drawn to hexagons and love working with them. Such a simple but dynamic shape. I love the pattern they create when fitted together, especially with different colors.
