HB 305: The End to Cyberbullying Act
House Bill 305 was introduced February 11, 2013 in the 2013-2014 legislative session to the house on by Carolyn Hugley under the Judiciary Non-Civil committee . Previously in 2011-2012 session HB 305 was HB 310 and introduced by Carolyn Hugley under the Education committee (Georgia General Assembly,2013).
A Bill introduced in order to add a clause to the Official Code of Georgia Annotated’s section on bullying to include cyberbullying and other emotional and physical attacks that occur off school property.
