Hi, my name is Brittany Ezell and I’m excited to embark on this journey of learning about IDT!

• I’m a consultant, focused on Organizational Change Management (OCM) where I’m currently helping end users adopt to new systems and initiatives such as cloud migration and block chain technology integration.
• This year I obtained a professional certification as a Prosci-certified Change Practitioner
• I value helping others and am very much a servant leader. It has caused me to pursue and obtain positions that allow me to help others and offer support in the work that they do.
• Outside of work, I’m very relaxed and try to be at peace in whatever I choose to do with my time. I do enjoy getting out and about with friends, just as well as sitting at home and relaxing in front of the TV!
