Exterior Built Environment Description #4: Centennial Olympic Park

This is part of the Garden Walk/Water Garden. The path of this leads to other artifacts in the park. There are five artifacts along the garden. It is located on the right side of the park from the Fountain of Rings. There are signs that say to keep off the rocks and out of the water.
