This is the statue in the Garden Walk at Centennial Olympic Park. The statue is of Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games CEO Billy Payne. The description on the plaque says that he tried for ten years to bring the Olympics to Atlanta. The statue is on the path of the tour.
