DLLTech One-On-One

DLLTech One-on-One is an online service for GSU students to ask in-depth questions of our DLLTech Trainers.

How it Works

Go to the booking page. Scroll through the page to select a service, schedule your online session, and provide your name, GSU email, and brief description of your session needs. After scheduling you will receive a confirmation email with a Microsoft Teams online meeting link.

Please use your GSU email when booking an online session. Any sessions scheduled without a GSU email will be cancelled.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are these private lessons?

These are an online service to help students review after workshops and to answer specific questions. They are not meant to be a replacement for attending one of our workshops. If you would like formal instruction please register for one of our workshop.

Why is availability so limited?

Services are available based on DLLTech Trainer availability and may vary from day to day.

I am not a GSU student, but I work at GSU can I use this service?

At this time, this is a service that we are offering exclusively to Georgia State students. If you are a faculty or staff member in need of assistance we recommend visiting the CETLOE page for more information.

What if I go over time?

Online sessions are limited to 25 minutes at a time in order to give as many students as possible an opportunity to use this service. If you still need assistance after 25 minutes, it will be at the trainer’s discretion to extend the session or help you schedule another appointment.

I have another question not asked on this page.
