Hello,

My name is Crystal Allen. I am full-time mom of 3, and beautician part-time. I am also a returning graduate of Georgia State University, where I earned a bachelors degree in Psychology. Which, by the way, is an awesome program at GSU! I knew for sure that I would not take the counselor or therapist route because it was just not my passion, though I have been told that I am good with communication. This has led me to have some amazing jobs within the customer service industry, previously working for companies such as Apple and Sears Corporate and other Fortune 500 companies. I am humbled to say that I am just now getting my feet wet, but I look forward to gaining far more experience over the years.

My values are simple and straightforward: Live in purpose. I like to try new things every now and then, simply because I have many interests that I would like to explore. So, I decided to take a different approach. After I realized that I had officially reached my cap (in other words, burnt out) at the stage I was currently at. That was the biggest wake up call of my life! It made me realize that you have to find your purpose in life. I was becoming a jack of all trades, but a master of none. And so, I decided to take a leap of faith by stepping out into two new fields; which is IDT and the transportation industry. An industry I am very familiar with.

I would say my biggest accomplishment for me was starting over from the ground up. After graduation, I really needed to take a break mentally, and physically. I was growing, I mean glowing … through a major setback. But was able to turn it all around for a fresh new start.

My favorite hobbies are spending time with my husband and children! Traveling (road trips), and working on photography here and there.
