Bradley Curs, Ph.D.
Dr.Bradley Curs is an Associate Professor in the Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis at the University of Missouri. His research utilizes economic theories of the effects of incentives (e.g., financial aid, appropriations) on economic actors (e.g., students, institutions). He uses econometrics and quasi-experimental designs with large databases to assess the impact of incentive policies on the behavior of economic actors. Dr. Curs’ expertise in conducting cost-effectiveness analysis was established through academic training in economics. Dr. Curs is currently conducting the cost-effectiveness analyses for the 2017 IES funded grant Supporting Teachers’ Implementation of Data-Based Instruction in Early Writing: An Efficacy Study (R324A170101), the 2019 IES funded grant PAWS: Efficacy (R305A190168), and the 2021 IES funded grant Building Adult Skills and Attainment Through Technology Research Network (R305N210030).
