Bio

Hello! I’m Sarah Joy, when I transferred into Georgia State in Fall ’12 I knew I wanted to improve on my writing.  After my first course, Visual Rhetoric,  I discovered I was in the right place! I love the creative challenge of designing online content and studying how audiences react and interpret what they see.  My coursework has led me to internships in the public relations and marketing fields–places I never planned on going!  Living with a chronic illness, continuing my education has been no small task, but there’s no goal I’d rather be working towards. I’m happy to graduate this summer and continue learning at the graduate school level. This portfolio displays some of my favorite work at the undergraduate level at GSU. I’ve grown so much as a writer during my time here and I’m happy to have a place to showcase that!
