In my opinion both justfacts.com and factcheck.org pass the CRAAP test. 
C- both websites have relatively up to date information just facts includes information from 3 years ago in one article, but this information is still relatively new and not outdated.

R- Both sites have relevant information and the sites correspond with their URL names.

A- Both sites credentials of the authors. You can contact and view the staff, while also being able to learn the websites mission.

A- Both sites seem to have references and or direct quotes from alternate sources. 

P- Both sites goal is to fact check information, one site does this by gathering data on different issues, while another site reports almost like a journalist would.  Both sites clearly execute their purpose.

Differences: Regular search engines and meta-search engines are completely different. Search engines will at least give you variety in what you search, while meta-search engines will not give you much variety and in some cases they give you information from regular search engines.
