Award-winning Dutch artist, Jan Banning, will be giving a presentation on his work, Law & Order, Pulaski Women’s Prison, and the Case of Christina Boyer, at GSU on Tuesday, October 23, from 1:00–2:30pm in Langdale Hall room 1076. Banning has been traveling to Georgia from the Netherlands photographing women who are incarcerated at Pulaski Women’s Prison in Hawkinsville, GA. He will be discussing this work, as well as his efforts fighting for justice in the case of Christina Boyer (case details here).
