One of GSU’s Pre-Law Advisers, Professor Ryan Grelecki, will be teaching Business Law for Entrepreneurs (LGLS 4020) this summer on Tuesdays and Thursdays (1:50 PM-4:20 PM).
Here is Professor Grelecki’s description of the course:
Business Law for Entrepreneurs is a uniquely designed course that will cover a variety of legal issues entrepreneurs face when starting and operating a business. The class will feature several methods of instruction, including case analysis, small-group activities, lecture & discussion, as well expert presentations and panel discussions. Beyond entrepreneurs (including running your own law firm), anyone anticipating becoming an attorney and counseling businesses, especially start-ups and small businesses will find this class to be both extremely valuable and a lot of fun.
