Genetic materials
These are typically plasmids for heterologous expression in bacteria or mammalian cells, or reporter constructs for designed gene promoters. We deposit them with Addgene, a non-profit repository.
Protein reagents
We also supply purified recombinant proteins to collaborating labs.
Codes
Over the years, we have developed algorithms for analyzing complex binding experiments, such as titration data from ITC and fluorescence intensity measurements. More recently, we are developing scripts for analyzing time series data from molecular dynamics (MD) simulations. To expand collaborations and outreach, we are porting existing codes and writing new codes in open-source languages such as python and hosting them on GitHub as Jupyter notebooks.
