Yoko Ogawa Henderson, MS 2011; PhD 2015
Yoko played a pivotal role in our research implicating dorsal hippocampal neurons in ingestive behavior. She is now a postdoctoral researcher in Christopher Hine’s lab at the Cleveland Clinic.
Jenna Darling
Jenna played a critical role in our research testing the effects of high fat and high sugar diets. She is now very busy raising her two young sons.
Emily Bruggeman, MS 2011
Emily contributed to our research examining the effects of high fructose diets on brain and behavior. She obtained her PhD with Binghe Xue at GSU and then conducted postdoctoral research in the department of Internal Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center. She is now a research specialist in the Department of Genetics at Emory University.
Amy Ross, MA 2008; PhD 2012
After obtaining her PhD with Dr. Parent, Amy spent some time as a postdoctoral fellow with Ruth Harris at Georgia Regents University. Amy has since returned to Atlanta and is now a postdoctoral fellow in the Albers lab.
