Black metal archway, with what appears to be children in various positions. There are also many rectangular pieces which span the gaps left by the humanoid forms.  Its on the side walk, adjacent to Moe’s, across Woodruff Park, in Downtown Atlanta. It’s located near Aderhold Hall on the GSU campus. There is what appears a 4 bronze plaques with names of recipients of the scholarship located at each pillar.
