The police around this area help protect the community to make sure that the people are free from danger, thus making Midtown a welcoming place for many people. His lights were also on which grabs more attention to the troubles that the driver had caused. The cops drove around the area near parking decks, stores, and packed areas of the town.
Can you imagine someone in midtown seeing a police car and not feeling comforted? Maybe the driver of the car was doing nothing wrong.
Yes, I do think that there is a possibility that the driver was not doing anything wrong. This can cause the people working or traveling around that area of Midtown to feel uncomfortable and watched over at all times. Inferences cannot be made just by looking at this picture.
Yeah… I’m thinking specifically of the relationship between black Americans and the police. Not been so great lately…
