In this picture of Dr. King titled “Overcoming loss” it shows the importance of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., a prestigious Civil Rights activist and moral compass for America, joined the March Committee in 1963, bringing with him a plan to protest segregation that engulfed the south as well as areas of the north. The March committee demanded freedom and equality for the disenfranchised and segregated African American communities and advocated for stronger and more effective Civil Rights Laws.
