Adding a Syllabus to Your Module 

The first document you want to create, upload or update to your course is your syllabus. HTML is the recommended file format for all of your text content; however, you can still upload your syllabus (or any other document) as a Microsoft Word or PDF file. To do that:

  1. Click on Content from the course navigation bar.
  2. Click the module or sub-module where you want to upload the document.
  3. Click Create/Upload.
  4. Click Upload Files. A small window will open asking you to browse to the location of the file you want to upload.

  5. Click My Computer.
  6. On the next screen click Upload.  Browse to your file, select it, and click Open. The file will appear below the “Upload” button.
  7. Verify that this is the file you want to upload. If it’s not, you can click on the X located on the right of the file name to delete the selection and start over.
  8. Click Add.
