Adding the Course Overview to Content

The Overview is the first item a student sees in the Content Tool.  Since it is the first item, CETLOE recommends that you place a short description of the course (perhaps the catalog description) and directions to proceed to the first module of the course, typically a Welcome module.

To Add the Overview

1.  Click  Content on the course navigation bar.
2. Click Overview.
3. In the textbox, enter your course overview text and be sure to Save your changes.
