Do you know the show on Apple TV with Jon Stewart – “The Problem with Jon Stewart?” He spends time on one topic discussing what the problems with it are. For us, the topic is PDFs. Hence, introducing “The Problem with PDFs” and why I am pushing to not include them on our websites.
I want to address the use of creating links to other pages, websites or information. Often we just want to tell people to “click here,” “read more,” “learn more,” etc., to get to another page of content. But using such phrases does not give the link a purpose.
