The Asa Hilliard Foundation is committed to honoring and supporting doctoral students who are apart of the College of Education and Human Development at Georgia State University who demonstrate the ongoing vision and heart to nurture Dr. Hilliard’s legacy.  Today, the Hilliard family assist’s with  overseeing  the Foundation.
