Thursday, October 12: GSU Graduate Provides Law School Advice

  • Time: 3:00-4:30
  • Location: GSU College of Law (room 245)
  • Presentation by Lawrence Pittman – GSU alum and current law student  (at Lewis and Clark Law School).
  • Topics: What to expect in law school (in general) and the field of environmental law at Lewis and Clark (in particular).
  • Free Food! (catering by Jason’s Deli)

Friday, October 13: LSAC Law School Forum

  • Among other things, a LSAC Law School Forum allows you to talk personally with representatives from more than 185 ABA-approved law schools. Pre-law students all over the region drive hundreds of miles to attend this event. GSU students are fortunate to have an event right here in Atlanta. Don’t miss out! Register soon.
  • Location: Westin Inn (210 Peachtree St. NW, Atlanta, GA, 30303)
  • Time: 11:00-6:00
  • Wear professional attire
  • A group of GSU pre-law students, led by the Pre-Law Society, will be meeting in the lobby of the GSU College of Law at noon and walking to the event together.

Thursday, November 2: Professor Ryan Grelecki speaks on “Careers in Law”

  • As an experienced attorney in multiple Atlanta law firms, Professor Grelecki knows a lot about the legal profession. And his passion is helping pre-law students to get on track to a fulfilling and successful law career. Don’t miss his talk entitled “Careers in Law” on November 2.
