What are the major projects? In a bulleted list, provide links to the project descriptions for each of them.

How will your final grade be calculated?

Our grades are a compilation of factors based on the effort we put into this class. The main factors are main projects, in-class assignments, attendance, and office hour visits. Those main factors can also be used to dock points.

What is the “submission form” and how do you use it? Embed the form below your answer (hint: Google “embed Google form” to find out how).

The submission form is embedded into Dr. Wharton’s class website, just below the project list. To use, fill out all items as prompted on the form (ex. Name, Email, URL of assignment, etc.) and submit.

25

How can you be assured of earning an “A” in this course?

Earn 2180 points via projects, attendance, participation, etc.

What are the minimum requirements for earning a passing grade of “C”?

If you complete all of the major projects, come to class prepared, and miss only four class meetings, you will earn at least 1,330 points and a grade of “C.” Source

What do you do if you’re not sure how to document your participation in order to earn points?

We’re supposed to write a blog post documenting your participation (I’m assuming along with a reflection of sorts) and submit it via the form. In the context of this question, however, I’d assume you would have to consult the class website to find out. If the website doesn’t have your answer, then contact Dr. Wharton.

What are the Unit 1 readings and what online tool are you using to annotate them for Reading Annotations 1&2?

We are using hypothes.is
