Hello, I’m Zana. I was born in Bosnia and Herzegovina and my family escaped to the United States during the war in the 90s. I have one little sister and a half-brother who’s just a couple of years older than me. I know how to read, write, and speak in Serbo-Croatian and English (obviously).

Some fun(?) facts about me are…

– I’m equal parts coffee and tea.

– I tore my left ACL getting slide-tackled during a soccer game in high school.

– If I’m not working or in school, I’m buried in a fiction book in a coffee shop somewhere.

– I’m ALWAYS cold.

– My obsession with Star Wars is unreal.

– Everything in my life has to be even-numbered (even the amount of fun facts on this page right now).
