Robert Hatcher, Georgia State University undergraduate alumni, and 2020 MBA student is currently working on his venture, Aurign. This summer, he and his two student business partners participated in the 20th Rice Business Plan Competition. Their pitch for Augrin, which uses blockchain technology to create a music publishing contract in real-time as musicians craft a song, won the grand prize of a $350,000 investment. Robert is now in talks with music companies and musicians to partner with his blockchain and data analytics company.
