I’m a non-traditional GSU student…  I’ve returned to college after a career and after my kids have left the nest so that I can take the classes that I really wanted to take a long time ago! Including ART!

I’ve always loved creating – whether coming up with fun Halloween costumes, quilting, designing a garden, or decorating cookies and cakes. During the isolation of the COVID19 months, I discovered watercolor pencils and amused myself drawing/painting pictures of birds. I was reminded how much fun I’d had in Art class as a kid and decided to have that kind of fun again at GSU!
