As a GSU Perimeter Online student you get FREE online tutoring!  You have three different options for free tutoring through Perimeter at GSU.  Smartthinking services would cost $30-$50 per hour if you had to pay for it, but because you are a student here, you get this for no charge.  These are all so helpful and I hope all of you will try at least one, if not all, of these services.

OPTION #1: 

The LTC is providing tutoring 100% online, with free 1-on-1 sessions.  See http://sites.gsu.edu/onlinemathcsc/ltc-online-tutoring/ for details.

    • 9:00 am – 9:00 pm Monday through Friday 
    • 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm Saturday and Sunday

OPTION #2: 

Smartthinking (online tutoring) has tutors available online 24/7.   On your course home page in iCollege, the Smartthinking link is in your toolbar at the top of the page.

The Smartthinking tutoring has really helped several of my students. There is a real person on the other end answering your questions. You can talk to them, they can hear you talking, and they can work problems for you in real time that you see on an electronic whiteboard.  It’s just like sitting across a desk from a tutor on campus.  Click here for more information about this service.

OPTION #3: 

Tutoring with MyLab Math!  Available 24/7!  This free online tutoring option is available within MyLab Math,  click on “Get More Help” at the bottom left, then choose “Tutoring”.
