BRUNNERWORKS, a full-service Marketing/Advertising Agency, is seeking ambitious, highly motivated interns to join our team. We are currently seeking a Creative Writer Intern to join our BRUNNER team for the Spring 2017 semester.

Our 8 week paid internships offer a challenging, yet rewarding real-life work environment within an innovative and dynamic Marketing/Advertising Agency. If you aspire to “get your feet wet” in the Marketing industry, this is the opportunity for you!  As a BRUNNERWORKS intern, you’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver on real-world projects and assignments.

Ideal Candidates would demonstrate:

  • Enthusiastic desire to contribute, learn, and hone your craft.
  • Creativity and conceptual problem solving that transcend media.
  • The chops to help concept and write flawless copy to bring them to life.
  • Ability to work within an established brand while pushing its limits.
  • Impressive attention to detail.
  • Mastery of all the programs you’d expect – Photoshop, In Design, Illustrator, etc
  • The ability to articulate creative ideas.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Ability to take direction.
  • Desire to find unexpected ways to deliver against objectives and strategies.
  • A good sense of humor.
  • Ability to adjust to inevitable changes in timelines, deadlines and project goals.
  • Passion for the industry, staying on top of trends.
  • Big thinking.
  • Mad ping pong skills, with an understanding of when to let the boss win.

Requirements:

  • A solid online portfolio that hints at future greatness.
  • In pursuit of a four year degree in Marketing, English, History, or related field, or, a recent graduate
  • Upbeat, positive attitude with the drive to succeed
  • Able to work full time / 40 hours per week

Environmental Demands:

Normal office environment. Ability to sit for extended periods of time including extensive use of PC equipment.
