Artist Statement
For this project, I decided to find decorative objects around the house and put them in unique compositions. I wanted to create an environment reflecting on each of these objects so that it could be similar to a mini showroom or scene. Using different objects helped me explore different ways to put these objects on display because when looking around the house, I noticed that there are all kinds of materials to create unique settings based on the object. It took plenty of experimenting to see what objects complement each other the most to make each composition work.
