        1. Emotion: Irritability and Frustration

        3. The customer is trying to have hot coffee in the morning without being late to work
        4. Current Solution: waking up earlier than usual to make a cup of hot coffee and leave to work on time
        5. Waking up earlier is inefficient for Mohammad, specially since his work requires him to stay up late on most nights
        6. Source of advice: Co-workers, family, and friends
        7. Mr. Ahmad encounters the problem on a daily basis and the solutions he has tried have been insufficient

III. Analysis

    1. Mr. Ahmad seems to get frustrated every morning when he wakes up. He has to set up his alarm 30 minutes earlier to brew his own coffee which extends his daily morning routine. If he does not wake up earlier, he would be late for work everyday or would have to sacrifice his morning cup of hot coffee. Since his solutions are very convenient, he is looking for an alternative solution to improve his sleeping schedule and enjoy his hot coffee.

IV. Reflection

    1. Mr. Ahmad is trying to find the perfect solution to solve his daily problem without negatively effecting his sleep schedule and still being able to get to work on time.
