ENGL 3140: Editing for Publication
Course Description
This course considers the roles of editors in a variety of contexts, with the aim of developing our understanding of what editors do and how they do it. We’ll edit our own writing as well as the writing of our classmates, study style guides and house styles, and immerse ourselves in the processes writers and editors undertake together on the path to publication.
Assignment sheets for scaffolded class journal project available upon request.
