      1. Interviewee 1 Summary:
        1. 10/9/201 at 6:00pm via Discord
        2. The interviewee expressed frustration, exasperation, caution when describing the process of recruiting players, but they were also extremely passionate about TTRPGs. The interviewee really valued having a good social chemistry and rapport in the games they play. They believed that good humor was especially key in doing so. Their current solutions to ensure they form compatible groups is to be really selective about new people and to stick with people they already know. A deficiency of this solution is that not everyone has the luxury of having a community of people they already know to play a TTRPG. Many have to join groups full of people they don’t know. Lots of trial and error They acknowledge this point during the interview. Play entirely online at this point utilizing Roll20 and Discord.  They prefer players who have value roleplay and those who engagement with materials. Do not play players who fixate on rules.
