Question 1: How big is this concern for you?

Answer – Yes, it’s manifests into like fear of unknown

 

Question 2: What you are doing to mitigate this issue? and what’s working and what is not working?

Ans: Close friends and relatives.

 

Question 3: Do you think it’s a chronic problem and needs solution?

Ans: – Yes, it is because I feel like I am not able to fully utilize my talent and I feel like I am being forced to follow someone else without enough guidance

 

Question 4: Can you be available to review the designed solution?

Ans: – Yes.

 

Question 5: Do you know if someone else has successfully overcame this issue. Maybe just by looking hard enough on internet or just by asking help from random people till they got right help.

 

Ans: – Yes, I know two examples and only 1 turned out to be a successful example so far.

Reflection :

Unavailability of career option is treated as impediment on growth for the choice that has been made not as a tool to supplement career knowledge which in essence means language is bigger block than I imagined.
