- Platform for Career counselors to connect, guide and help students around the globe.
Revenue Model and Price – How will you make money? How and what will you charge your customers?
Four customer segments will be charged depending on the number of services enrolled on either as onetime fee or monthly subscription
- Students
- No Joining fee with one-time free skill assessment.
- $20 for one time one on one career mapping/options based on assessment and $10 per month for access to premium services plus once a month one on one meeting with Career Counselor
- Career Counselors
- Joining fee $50 and then monthly enrollment fee of $20
- Every month after first 2 students’ counselling $15 will be paid for first career counselling and then $5 for providing ongoing support to student
- Corporates and Business
- Only monthly enrollment access depending on the number of geographies covered. E.g
- If only interested in USA then $1000 per month
- If Entire North America (USA, Canada, Mexico) then $1200 per month and so on
- With $5000 per month to give access to all students across the globe.
- Corporates will have access to launch surveys(free/paid), request feedback and hire interns and employees on the platform.
- Only monthly enrollment access depending on the number of geographies covered. E.g
- Recruiters
- Recruiters will be charged subscription fee of flat $500 per month and $100 for every successful recruit.
Channels – How will you get your offer to customers?

- Advertisement on digital platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok etc
- Partnership and collaborations with Colleges and Universities.
- Career fairs organized by governments or private entities.
Value Proposition – What customer needs are you fulfilling? What is the unique promise your offer provides?
Primary target customers are non English speaking students who have not been well served for their career guidance needs. This will provide them opportunities to get quality career guidance at low cost with premium services like continuous guidance, learning opportunities, competitive exam preparation guidance, Industry Internship opportunities and information upcoming trends in technology. And as the number of enrollment increase the value proposition for other stakeholders (corporates and recruiters) will exponentially increase.
Costs – How much does it cost to create and deliver your offer?
There will be incremental cost as we enable these services around geographies:

- Technology Cost this will be around $2.5M USD per year approximately
- Employee and Expert services Cost would be around $1.5M USD for initial launch and then will increase as the products are services are rolled out in different markets
