Rent Your Regalia
The program will rent and pay for student regalia. Even if there’s a 10% chance you will defend in time to walk this year, Jorge will order graduation regalia for you.
Email Jorge the following information no later than 03/08:
- Head size in inches.
- Height
- If you plan to wear heels at the ceremony, it’s best to provide your height when wearing heels.
- Weight
- Please be accurate. The regalia is not meant to be skin tight.
Picking Up Rented Regalia
Regalia is delivered to the Buckhead Center and reviewed to ensure the order is correct.
Pick-up options:
- Pick up before the ceremony: The program will email graduates when regalia has been delivered and ready to be picked up. It will come folded in bags from the vendor. We recommend steaming the gown for photos and the ceremony.
- Pick up on the day of graduation: The program will have all regalia that has not been picked up early steamed and ready for wear on the day of graduation at Centennial Hall. Students can begin picking up regalia at 1:30pm when photographers are available for photos prior to the ceremony.
Returning Rented Regalia
Options:
- Return regalia to staff after the ceremony or dinner.
- Return regalia to staff at the Buckhead Center the following week, in case you have graduation events planned for that weekend.
