Confirm on PAWS that you have applied for graduation for spring 2024.
If you did not select spring 2024 and it is not available, select the next available graduation term and complete the online form. The term could be summer 2024 or fall 2024. Then complete the “petition to change graduation term form,” selecting spring 2024, and email it to Jorge. This form can also be found in PAWS.
Pass your final dissertation defense.
Complete and email Jorge the Advisor Evaluation Form.
You ARE eligible to walk at graduation if you have passed your dissertation defense orally and have remaining written edits to complete to your document before uploading.
You are NOT eligible to formally graduate until your dissertation is uploaded to ScholarWorks.
