Faculty should refer to the Roll Verification guidelines in the Registrar Quick References Guide for Registration Adjustments and Roll Verification. This information is distributed via e-mail one to two weeks prior to roll verification. It can also be found under the Faculty menu in PAWS.
Best Practice
Online faculty must use a graded academic assignment in iCollege to determine attendance according to the University Registrar. This assignment must be tied to the final grade in the course. To ensure that students all start at the same place, faculty are encouraged to use this assignment to release course content upon successful completion by students. Instructors can determine the value attached to this assignment.
