Each student may submit up to two (2) work with one work guaranteed to be exhibited, however, due to size limits of the gallery space if more than one work is submitted then the selection of the specific works will be at the curator’s discretion. All works should have been completed while the student has been enrolled in GSU Perimeter classes during the past year.
Each entry must be submitted with the entry form, works not submitted with a form will not be included in the exhibit.
This year there will be two categories for the exhibit: Pin-Up 2D work and Framed or 3D work.
The works in the Pin-Up portion of the show cannot be insured, while the works in the Framed or 3D portion of the exhibit will be insured for up to $300 maximum. The Pin-Up artworks on paper, canvas, or cardboard panels without hanging hardware attached and will be pinned to the wall with T-pins.
The Framed works need to fitted with D-rings or screw eyes with wire attached on the reverse — NO sawtooth hangers, NO single-loop hangers. The Framed works will be attached to the wall with
security hangers. The 3D works will be fitted under plexiglass cases unless they are too large. Large works will be secured in an alternate manner as required.
Exhibition entry form is attached as a PDF file.
These entry forms should be filled-out, and the appropriate labels attached to the artwork before it arrives in the gallery. Please note: filling out the form completely and legibly [email address especially] will help insure their work be returned at the close of the exhibition. Their personal/permanent email (not student GSU Perimeter email) address is recommended to be used if the student is near graduation.

LATE ENTRIES CAN NOT and WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED — no matter how good the
work or individual extenuating circumstances.

No works can be withdrawn from the exhibit before the close of the exhibition. Other public events are scheduled for both the lobby/gallery space and the auditorium and the patrons to those events should quite rightly expect to view the entire exhibition when they visit.
